NSW + ACT Onboarding
We're excited to have you on board and look forward to working with you.
To get started with GVK Group, please complete the following onboarding requirements, review the GVK Induction Book, and sign where required to confirm your understanding of our policies.
Unless this is your first time working on a construction site, the following training is required before commencing:
White Card
Manual Handling training (via an RTO provider)
Asbestos and Silica Awareness training (via CSI)
Drug and Alcohol Impairment training (via BTGDA, in person)
If you're unable to print or complete the forms electronically, let us know and we'll arrange hard copies for you.
New starters will initially be employed on a casual basis under the CW2 classification. Following a probation period of approximately 4–6 weeks, your role will be reviewed with the opportunity to transition to full-time permanent employment.
GVK Group operates under a CFMEU EBA, which outlines your working conditions, wages and entitlements. You can view the agreement online or request a hard copy from our team.

- Valid Identification
- A Recent Headshot Photo
- Any Relevant Training Certificates

Important Note
To ensure timely payment, all onboarding forms must be submitted by Monday 7:00am (end of pay week).
Late submissions will result in payment being processed in the following cycle. Please note, the pay week runs from Tuesday to Monday.
